We have no AI strategy yet. Where do we start?
With Outside In Research. We speak to your people and your clients and map which problem they want to solve, what they want to achieve and where the hidden opportunities are.
You get a short, evidenced priority map: what has to come first, what can wait and what you had better not build for now.
Do you only advise, or do you help build?
Both. In step 03 of het Wolvenspoor we design the solution and the workflow, write the specification, choose or guide the right builder and safeguard quality, safety and fit with the work.
Who stays responsible when AI helps decide?
A human, and who it is has to be fixed up front. We make roles, decision rights, human approval and escalation explicit.
With governance the other side comes with it: policy, monitoring and human oversight tied to measurable changes in time, quality, risk or margin.
How do we know it works?
That is what step 04 of het Wolvenspoor is about. We test in practice what changes in use, time, quality, decisions, risk and result. Only what delivers proof goes on.
And if AI is not the answer for us?
Then you hear that. Every roadmap comes with an explicit not-now list, and the strategy comes with stop decisions.

Do we have to take Lucy to work with you?
No. The three services stand apart from it. Lucy by Wolves OS is our own work assistant, personal and company-owned.
We say ourselves that she is ours, and also what she does not do.
Do you also do research without an AI question?
Yes. For decisions on market, client, behaviour, positioning, portfolio, innovation, scenarios or M&A. You get the evidence, the meaning and our advice, including sources, uncertainties and implications for people and organisation.
